Rambling Thoughts

This post is dedicated to the Happy Feet-ers =)

For 2 weeks, we been training like crazy for our 1st performance on Sunday. In the process, the Happy Feet is born and we became closer and closer.

After every training, we definitely go yum-cha! Every Malaysian favourite session. From there whoever is so quiet also became super noisy like Yoke Junn & Ice who finally broke from their shells. I still remember on Friday after getting a good approval from the Big Boss, we went mamak-ing and thats where we go crazy, having a lil small 'spirit session' for better performance. We even get the chance to know other instructors like Amanda & Sylvia and train together. But its that Friday specifically when we became a 'real' dance crew =)

And the night finally ended on Friday. Its time to face the showtime.

On Sunday, 15th March
The Happy Feet 1st debut!

The morning started with Lydia helping us to make up.


Then we headed to South City Plaza.

Before the show starts, all we can do to calm ourselves down is just camwhoring!!











As you can see, our dress code is red and white =)

Our performance were a lil messy but hey, we get the experience at least. So after the show, Doris came up and gave a lil mini workshop. But no one came out at all! What a sad crowd man! But what to do? It was like 12pm on Sunday. I bet many are still pigging out at home. So we decided to leave and and start giving out UG flyers.

Oh oh, that's the certificate of appreciation for UG taking part in this event.

After a successful show, we went makan!!!!!
Need all that carbs and glucose to gain back our energy right?

Then its the Happy Feet Bond Bond day!

So we just walk around and take lotsa pictures, as usual lah.

Its so fun going out with people who do not care of what others think about us. We would just start walking and dancing in public. Taking stupid pictures and do stupid stuffs. Watch other performances and cheer super loud for them. Ahhh.. What a fun day! =)

Then we decided to get some medical checkup since its Health Day after all.
But sadly its only for those above 18.

The check-up was in the bus and it took bloody long time!


We waited for like ages. Look how bored they are!

Finally its time to say Goodbye South City Plaza

But its still not over for us. We went all the way to Sunway and meet up with Jerry, the 'tai lo'! Had dinner in Wendy's and just start going crazy again in Sunway. Walked everywhere and just start dancing and eat eat eat non stop. Then its time to watch the movie, Race to Witch Mountain. It was interesting =) But I did fell asleep during the show. Lol. I don't know whether its bored or I'm just too damn tired.

So as dancers, we love to dance right? We head to arcade planning to have DDR (Dance dance revolution) battle but we end up playing come Japanese Bashi Game. It was almost at night, getting quite late actually but still we just cant leave yet. About 10, we went to UG Sunway and start dancing, freestyle with the other instructors like Zack, Sydney, Sylvia, Jerry & Amanda.

Almost 11pm, the BIG BOSS came. With a solemn face, he said:

"I'm very disappointed with you guys. The organizers complained....."

*All hearts stop beating*

"That you guys did a VERY GOOD JOB!"

*Faints....*

It freaks the creeps out of me man! But at least we did a good job still =)
So good job Happy Feets! And then we get free McD from Gong gong aka Big Boss.
Finally the clocks strike 1230am, so its time to leave and back to our bed to sleep.

I'll miss the Happy Feets but I know we will come back again to this floor
and train together again.
